Herbalist Services & consultations
If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, a holistic health consultation might be right for you. As an herbalist in the Western tradition, I believe that our whole person needs to be nourished and supported, and that when we do this, we are better able to achieve optimum wellness physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We will review your health and any concerns holistically and with your goals in mind. Women’s health is a focus area of mine, so don’t hesitate to reach out for a consultation if you have questions or would like to learn more about this topic.
Recommendations and tools will include support for your unique goals, and could include therapeutic herbs and herbal preparations, flower essences for emotional health, and more. Together we will explore various options to support your health and aspirations through an integrated, holistic approach. Many products are available for purchase from us or available at suppliers online or at holistic health stores.

Do you need Tailored energetic and emotional support?
Flower essence session
Contact us to schedule a 30-minute initial session to delve into how Flower Essences can help you on your emotional journey. Initial consultations include a new client session and a custom blend of Flower Essences made specifically for you. Follow up sessions are available to discuss how you are evolving and update formulas according to your changing needs, and include a custom formula refill or change.
Flower Essence sessions are available in our downtown Fort Myers, Florida office or via Zoom. Sessions include formula preparation and will be mailed if meeting remotely.

Sound Therapy

Our certified Sound Healing Practitioners will utilize the ancient methods of vibration and sound to support your health and healing. Energetics & reiki
Reiki sessions are available as 30 0r 60 minute sessions. Sessions are done in person in our peaceful downtown Fort Myers, Florida location or remotely using distance techniques.
Distance Reiki is available and sessions include a care package consisting of a blessed candle, incense, and an image sheet mailed to you. These tools will be used to prepare your environment during the session.
